Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility :

• The contest is open to individuals of all age groups.
• All participants need to submit their work on the website as well as on their Instagram story, tagging funkyfusion007 and including the hashtag.
• Any obscene, AI and inappropriate content will not be considered.

2. Participation Guidelines:

• Participants must create a video on our given ganesha song theme “30 seconds”.
• Each participant can submit a maximum of 1 creative work (video).
• Submissions must adhere to the theme specified.
• Participants are required to post same video in their story as well, tagging funkyfusion007 & using hashtag #funkyfusion007

2. Video Submission Guidelines :

• Resolution:1080 x 1920.
• Duration: 15 to 30 seconds.
• File size: 10 MB maximum.
• The video must be in the specific format: MP4.

3. Prizes:

The winner will receive an Amazon gift voucher worth up to Rs 5000*. all participants will be awarded an e-certificate. *T&C Apply.

4. Intellectual Property:

• By entering the contest, participants warrant that their creations are their own original work and do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Participants retain the copyright to their videos.
• However, by entering the contest, participants grant Diffr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display their videos for the purposes of promoting the contest and showcasing the winning entries.

5. Judging Criteria:

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, composition, storytelling, humor, emotion, and adherence to the theme.
• The judging panel’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

6. Disqualification:

• Diffr reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7. Amendments:

• Diffr reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the contest or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
